Cycle Resilience

Thoughtful botanical support for women seeking long-term hormonal resilience.

Your cycle is not something to override.
It is something to understand, support, and strengthen.

A Layered Approach to Women’s Health

I work with women who carry a great deal and want to build resilient, well-supported cycles through thoughtful plant-based care and foundational lifestyle patterns.

This work integrates cycle literacy, nervous system awareness, and an individualized botanical protocol tailored to your current life stage — whether you are navigating difficult menstrual cycles, stress-related hormonal shifts, postpartum depletion, or the transition into perimenopause.

Your botanical protocol may include herbal formulas, flower essences, and aromatic support, thoughtfully layered alongside foundational lifestyle integration.

We address the symptoms that are most disruptive to you, while also looking at the underlying patterns that shape your cycle over time. Relief matters, and at the same time, strengthening long-term hormonal resilience creates change that lasts.

I believe that when a woman’s cycle and overall health are supported, the effects ripple outward, into her family, her work, and the generations that follow.

Who This Work Is For

This may be a good fit if you:

Experience PMS, irregular, heavy, or painful cycles
Notice stress strongly influencing your hormonal rhythm
Feel depleted during the child-raising years
Are entering perimenopause and want grounded, integrative support
Want to understand your cycle rather than suppress it

This work is best suited to women who value education and are willing to engage actively in their own health process. It is collaborative, layered, and designed for meaningful change over time.

Although my work centres on women’s health and cycle resilience, I also work with clients seeking thoughtful herbal support for other concerns.

Initial Consultation

$175

A 75-minute comprehensive consultation where we explore your primary concern alongside the larger patterns influencing your health and cycle. Together, we examine stress, nourishment, sleep, and lifestyle rhythms to understand how your system is functioning as a whole. After our session, your individualized botanical protocol and clear next steps will be prepared and delivered to you by email.

Ongoing Support Session

$75

A 30-minute follow-up consultation for returning clients who would like continued support. Together, we review progress, address any new concerns, and adjust your botanical protocol as your needs shift with the seasons of life. If needed, updated recommendations will be thoughtfully prepared and sent to you by email after our session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hormonal and nervous system patterns develop over time, and meaningful change is often layered rather than immediate. Some women notice subtle shifts within a few weeks, while deeper resilience tends to build over several cycles. This work is designed for steady, long-term support rather than quick symptom suppression.

No. My work focuses on botanical and lifestyle support. I do not prescribe pharmaceuticals or replace medical evaluation. Integrative care works best when appropriate medical guidance is involved, and I encourage collaboration with your primary healthcare provider whenever needed.

Yes. Botanical support can still be thoughtfully tailored to your current stage and concerns. Cycle literacy work may look different depending on whether ovulation is occurring, but there is still meaningful work that can be done to support overall resilience and well-being.

Yes. I am happy to support teen girls as they begin navigating their menstrual years. For clients under the legal age of consent, a parent or guardian must be actively involved in the process. For teens who have reached the age of consent, consultations may be arranged directly, though parental awareness and support are encouraged whenever appropriate. Contact me for Student Pricing.
